I stayed here for a few months while freelancing nearby. Dumbar Villa is a simple single-block apartment—six floors, community vibe. The price and location around Bukit Dumbar are okay, and it's easy to get what I need in Jelutong. But honestly, the place felt a bit bland—no frills, no character, just functional walls. It worked for me short-term, but I’d want something more stylish if I stayed longer.

Quiet, family-friendly, and affordable
My family has lived here for over a decade. Dumbar Villa is peaceful and comfortable—plenty of neighbours have stayed long-term, which gives a really stable community feel. It’s not fancy, but the spot is safe, budget-friendly, and perfect if you just need solid housing.

Convenient location, but layout feels dated
I moved into Dumbar Villa last year and what I love most is how close it is to Tesco Hypermarket and Jelutong Highway—super handy for daily errands and my commute. It’s a small six‑storey block with a friendly, residential vibe, but I found the flat layout a bit awkward and the view isn’t great. Feels like it could use some modernization, but the location really won me over.
