Investor / Resale POV
Bought a mid-floor 3-bed suite 3 years ago. It's been fairly easy to rent out, thanks to the unit size and amenities. PSF has held up decently. On the flip side, I pay more attention to parking because owning more than one car becomes a headache with limited visitor bays, and occasional common area maintenance (pool area, lifts) shows need for constant upkeep. -

Noisy front road but okay facing away from ro
As a tenant, I got a well-kept unit here with gym, sauna and good security, which I appreciate. Stores & cafés nearby are convenient, and I can reach public transport without too much hassle. But if you’re noise-sensitive, get a unit not facing the main Kuchai Lama road — traffic sounds echo a lot sometimes. -

Young working parents
We moved here about 5 years ago for the space — a 3-bed at over 1,100 sqft gives our kids room to move. The pool & wading pool are great for weekends, and the kindergarten in the same development is a big plus. Only annoyances: when everyone’s coming home at once, traffic getting out onto the main road can take a while. Also, guest parking is tight. -
