Investment with Promise
As an investor, I’m hopeful. Freehold status, solid pricing, and the facility set give it appeal. But success hinges on how well management maintains common areas, how active precinct amenities / retail around it become, and whether the developer delivers promised features (finishes, landscaping, buffer zones). If those go well, this place can age gracefully; if not, value may drift. -

Good Rental Option for Families & Profess
We rented a 3-bed unit here for two years. Tenants liked it: the size, the amenities, and relatively quiet environment were positives. But when friends view lower or road-facing units they complain of traffic noise or view obstruction. We always recommend choosing a unit away from roads, higher up, and checking sound insulation before ongoing tenancy. -

Nice Balance of Space & Amenities
I moved into E Park in late 2021. The 1,335 sqft layout feels generous, the pool, courts, gym are all useful for weekends. The greenery around helps you feel less trapped by city noise. But yes — in my first year, small snags surfaced: a leaky window, slight noises from lift machinery at odd hours, and occasional cleaning lapses in the common halls. But overall, not bad for a new condo. -
