We bought in a mid floor unit as a rental property. It rents out pretty fast, especially to students or professionals wanting proximity to campuses. The yield isn’t sky-high, but stable, given the amenities and freehold nature. If the management keeps up with maintenance, it should be a safe hold.

Young Family
Our 3-bed unit is cozy enough, and we like that the kids have the children’s pool and playground. Security feels solid, and the facilities are kept fairly clean. A bit of traffic during rush hour via the exit roads, but nothing too crazy.

Working nearby
I love being in Pan’gaea and having a home that’s modern but close to work and schools. My 2-bed unit has a decent layout, and the sky gym + pool are awesome for relaxing after work. Sometimes lifts slow down during peak hours, but it’s a small trade-off.
