We bought mid-floor when the project launched, betting on Eco Meadows’ growth. So far, resale and rental market have stayed fair. The freehold status helps stability. But we’re keeping an eye on management’s upkeep — common areas, lift reliability — those will make or break long-term value. Also, the premium units (lake / garden view) command a big PSF, so orientation choice was key.Ω

Living here as a tenant
Renting a 3-bed in Eco Bloom was good value — the facilities are solid, security feels okay, and the location is decent (not too far from main roads). My only gripe: some lower floor units, depending on orientation, feel a bit exposed to noise from the commercial front or passing traffic. Also, the maintenance contributions have crept up over the years.

Perspective from a small family
We moved into Eco Bloom in 2021. The unit size (~1,000 sq ft) fits our small family well, and the pool, gym, and green spaces are nice treats. Having shops right below is super convenient for groceries or quick errands. Some days, though, I notice foot traffic around the shoplots, and when lifts are busy, upstairs units get a bit slow.
