Bad Management and toxic community
House is nice not that cramp, parking area good enough. But the management and especially the community is bias and very entitled. Swimming pool is very badly maintained being cleaned only few times per year(do not recommend at all) due to this many mosquitoes are air borne, pest control is very lacking as there are many pidgeons, cockroaches, stray dogs and other pests. Very upset with the management team, as a tenant for a long time, understand the difficulty that the management and building is facing but could at least reinforce the rules of the building and improve the execution of the facilities provided for the building. Many tenants are confuse to what is allowed and prohibited, yet reinforcement are only shared in ws groups which only members are able to see. -
