I bought a high floor Type B unit here. So far, the area and connectivity are doing well. The bonus is that there’s enough room to rent to families. But not every unit will perform equally — units with less favorable orientation (road facing, lower floors) are harder to push premium for. I always recommend getting the quiet / garden-side ones.

Quality Balanced with Practical Pricing
We looked in Raja Uda and found that Elements Garden strikes a decent balance — decent price, good size (Type C, 1,459 sq ft), freehold. The amenities are more than we expected for a condo this scale. I do check common areas now and then — the lifts and garden need consistent upkeep to keep value up.

Garden in the Sky & Solid Amenities — But
I moved into Elements Garden in 2019. I like that on the 3rd floor there’s a garden area that gives the condo a breathing space feel. The swimming pool, gym and BBQ area are good to have. But some units (especially those facing Jalan Raja Uda) get road noise, especially late at night. For my unit, I chose a quieter side and it made a difference.
