  Nice design

  The Emilia homes have a nice and modern design, and it's great that it is designed to be accessible. You can easily drive to KL from Nilai, so commuting to work is not a problem.

  Suitable as starter home

  The Emilia homes look ideal as a starter home, especially for families who are raising children. With four bedrooms, you can easily accomodate a growing family. Also good for families who have elderly parents living with them.

  Stylish homes

  These Emilia homes look so stylish, seems like a comfy home to live in. The Nilai area is a nicer area to live compared to the busy Kuala Lumpur suburbs. You get a stylish landed property ready-built, not easy to find in mature areas like Subang and PJ.
