  Retreat in the suburbs

  Nilai is a less hectic place to live in, not as crowded as places like Petaling Jaya or Subang Jaya. Emilia homes is a good investment for families with children. The extra rooms can also be converted to a home office.

  For upgrading to bigger home

  The Emilia 2 homes seem like a good-sized unit for those who want to upgrade to a bigger home with more rooms. The park within the development is great for children or those who like to go for runs or walks outdoors.

  Nice neighbourhood

  This township seems nicely designed, and having a park within your own neighbourhood is great, especially if you have children. As expected from a developer like Sime Darby, the Emilia homes are nicely designed and is great for multigenerational families.
