  Projek Emilia di Nilai ini berdekatan dengan berbagai kemudahan, nak shopping pun senang. Kualiti rumah Sime Darby terjamin, tak payah risau. Rumah teres sesuai untuk keluarga yang ada anak.

  Suburban living for families

  The four-bedroom Emilia homes look spacious and suitable for multi-generational families. The room on the ground floor can be used by the older folks or family members who find it hard to climb up the stairs.

  Great outdoor space

  Had a look at the project brochure and the development seems to have nice outdoor spaces for recreation. Nilai has been developing over the years and it's a place to consider for nice landed property and the Emilia homes have a nice modern design.
