  Good neighbourhood for children

  Always nice to raise children in a landed property and a home located within a gated community with so much open spaces is always a plus. Parents can be at ease of mind with their children playing within a guarded housing development like Emilia.

  Good sized home for families

  The double-storey Emilia homes seem like a good size for a family with children. The kids can have their own rooms. If they are sharing a room, the extra room can be used as a study or play room.
