  A neighbourhood developed with a masterplan like Encorp Cahaya Alam tend to have better planning, The homes have a modern design and the homes with four bedroom can fit families with children or multigenerational families.

  Lokasi strategik

  Area Encorp Cahaya Alam memang strategik, dekat dengan shopping mall seperti SACC Mall dan AEON Mall. Senang untuk beli barang keperluan harian, shopping dan makan-makan. Area ni juga dekat dengan area lain seperti Setia Alam.

  Neighbourhood near recreation areas

  Encorp Cahaya Alam is a good neighbourhood for family living. The Shah Alam Botanic Gardens is just nearby, great for families who love the outdoors. There is also the Taman Tasik Seksyen 7, good for taking children to.
