  Modern layout with comfy environment

  Locked in a unit during soft launch after visiting the showroom, no regrets. The environment feels modern but not cold, and the whole setup looks ideal for work-from-home types like me.

  Investment for the long term

  Dropped by the showroom with my wife. Good flow, good location, and IJM’s involved which is a plus. Not moving in anytime soon, but we secured a unit during soft launch just in case. Solid long-term option.

  Decent price with practical layout

  Went to check out the showroom last weekend and honestly, it’s better than I expected. The layout for the smaller units is super practical, and I love that it’s near Bangsar South but still feels peaceful. Booked a unit under early bird promo! Hard to find anything this decent around RM600k nowadays.
