Transaction Jump Suggests Confidence
When I saw Brickz data showing median PSF at RM 425 and selling at ~RM 480k, I got interested. But I also know that not all units are equal. I insisted on a full inspection, checking plumbing, leaks, electrical, condition of common areas. I also avoided units that face internal service roads. If you buy here, don’t rush — pick your lot carefully. -

Great Rental Option Because of Location
We rent out our Hazel block unit to students and faculty at UTAR. It rents decently, especially for furnished condition. But prospective tenants often ask for high floor, good view, quieter side units. Lower / road-facing ones are harder to rent or fetch premium. We always refurbish the basics (paint, lighting, waterproofing) before listing. -

Good for Families & Students
We moved into Acorn block in 2018. The 3-bedroom layout is comfortable, and having views towards the golf club is a plus when you're on higher floors. Facilities are okay — we use the pool, BBQ areas, jogging track. However, some nights we hear traffic / ambient noise. Also, in rainy seasons the driveway drainage gets messy. The management does fix things, but sometimes response is slow. -
