We grabbed our unit at under RM 370,000 and I’d say it’s decent value for the square footage and location. That said, some units nearby are asking RM 400k+ but have lesser views or orientation. If you look at Fair View, check the floor, unit facing and condition — the difference in livability between two units can be big.

Good Facilities & Gated Quiet — With One
Fair View offers gated & guarded access 24/7, which definitely improves security and quiet compared to older condos nearby. The pool, BBQ area and jogging track are used regularly. On the flip side, it’s still near busy roads and in peak hour you’ll feel the traffic hum — so the higher floor and good orientation matter.

Nice Size, Freehold & Strategic Spot
We moved into Fair View a couple of years ago. The 3-bed, 1,024–1,180 sq ft layout feels comfortable for our small family, and the fact it's freehold gives us peace of mind. The location off Jalan Permas means we’re close to shops, banks and the causeway into Singapore — which helps when we have guests visiting.
