  Strong Investment Potential — Just Be Unit-Sm

  As an investor I like Fiera Vista’s freehold status, decent built-ups (1,450-1,655 sq ft) and good rental demand in Sungai Ara. That said, price spread is wide (some units listed RM 630k+, PSF ~RM 430+). If you pick the right floor, orientation, and condition, you’ll likely see value. But a less favourably located unit could drag.

  Excellent Facilities — But Some Trade-Offs

  Facilities here are top-notch: pool, jacuzzi, gym, children’s playground and even a viewing deck. We make use of them regularly. That said, being close to a major road (Jalan Tun Dr Awang) means units on lower or road-facing sides get traffic noise. Also, some older units show signs of wear even though the project completed in 2014.

  Spacious Units, Freehold, Great Location

  We moved into Fiera Vista about 2 years ago. The 1,450 sq ft layout gave us plenty of room for the kids and home-office; plus it’s freehold, which gave us peace of mind. The connectivity is good too — we’re a short drive from the airport, Queensbay Mall and the highways. View from higher floors is nice and breezy.

  FV is the closest condo to the Penang International Airport.
