Living here means you’re in Bandar Seri Alam, which is developing, and you get access to amenities & public transport relatively easily (bus stops within ~2–6 mins walk). On the flip side, as an older flat the finishes are basic, and some units are near busier access roads — noise and parking can be issues. If you’re looking for full-luxury, this isn’t it; but for value and location, it works.

Functional for rental / investment
We bought here for investment because asking prices start ~RM 138k for 3-bed units. The catch: units vary a lot in condition and floor. High floors and non-road facing units rent and resell better. Lower floors or units in need of updates tend to drag. So we chose one that was renovated and above the mid-level.

Budget entry with decent layout & locatio
We rented a 3-bed, 2-bath unit (~650 sq ft) here. Freehold status is a clear plus and the layout is quite workable for a small family. Nearby schools, shops and bus stops make daily life easier. That said, the building isn’t new and you’ll see signs of wear in common areas—so don’t expect luxury.
