  Nice facilities, small units

  The pool, sauna, and gym were impressive, but the units felt smaller than I expected. That said, the price makes sense for city living. Covered parking is a plus for me since I drive to work daily.

  Good option for young couples

  We visited the gallery and really liked the pool and gym facilities. The unit sizes are not very big, but for two people it’s more than enough. Price is within reach, and accessibility to highways looks great.

  Value for the price

  I like that the starting price is not too high compared to other KL projects. The layouts are practical for small families, and the freehold status makes it feel like a solid investment. Location along Jalan Kuching is busy but convenient.
