Resort-Style Potential, Real-Life Trade-Offs
Living here feels like being on a resort: golf course, sea breeze, new towers. But day-to-day some things feel under-activated: fewer cafes or shops than you expect, limited community vibe yet, and some infrastructure (roads, lifts, walkways) still catching up. For a lifestyle change it works — but don’t expect fully matured neighbourhood life yet. -

Investment Appeal With a Big ‘If'
I bought a unit here hoping for strong capital growth — freehold, big built-up, close to Singapore, it ticked many boxes. But the flow of buyers has been slow, amenities and retail activation still lag, and you can feel the overhang in units hitting market resale. For investors it could pay off, but only if you are comfortable with risk and long-term hold. -

Massive Vision, Mixed Reality
We moved in here two years ago into one of the high-rise units. The location next to the sea and near Singapore gives it real potential, and you do get some amazing views and a luxury-feel layout. But the reality is the project is only partially built, many shops remain closed, and the community is still very small. If you buy here, you’ll need patience. -
