Investment Potential Looks Real
As an investor I like how recent transactions show ~RM 282-RM 300/psf for 1,109 sq ft units. Rental listings are around RM 1.3k-1.8k/month for 3-bed units. The location (Seri Kembangan) is positioned for growth and connectivity. But I made sure to pick a higher floor and a unit with good orientation — lower floors or those facing the busy road seem to drag slightly when renting or reselling. -

Facilities & Connectivity Win, But Buildi
The pool, BBQ area, gym and landscaped garden are used by our family most weekends — it adds lifestyle value. We love the greenery around Taman Serdang Perdana and the quick hop to major roads. On the downside, being completed in 2008 (leasehold) means the lifts and common corridors show some wear; we’ve had light-fixtures replaced and slightly delayed maintenance. -

Good Location + Big Value — But Unit Quality
We moved into Fortune Park about 4 years ago. The access to highways is really convenient and we’re just minutes to South City Plaza and the KTM/MRT stations — great for daily life. Our 3-bed unit (~1,100 sq ft) is roomy and for the price it felt like a steal. That said, we’re on a lower floor facing the road and you do hear traffic hum at night. Also, some neighbours have older finishes and the difference between units is noticeable. -
