  Airy and calm

  Visited a few times before buying and liked the open layout. Balcony gets nice wind. It’s not flashy, but feels calm and private, which is exactly what I wanted.

  Well worth the space

  Checked out the units and was surprised how roomy they are for the price. Older building, yes, but it’s solid and well-maintained. Honestly, hard to find this much space in newer condos around PJ.

  Peaceful everyday living

  Been here for almost four years and it still feels like home. The environment is quiet, and I can go for evening walks without worry. Security is reliable, and the facilities are clean.
