  Nice size for families

  The size of these FVL Development homes is a good size for those starting a family and good as a starter home. It's a manageable size and the 1.5 storey homes with the master bedroom on the second floor gives privacy.

  Small town living

  The FVL Development terrace houses are the right size for families that want the quiet life in a small town. If you want to get to a bigger city for a day trip, Bagan Serai is between Ipoh and Penang. The paddy fields in the area also make for a serene environment.

  Pekan kecil seperti Bagan Serai sesuai untuk pesara, terutamanya mereka yang ingin menjauhkan diri dari kesibukan bandaraya Kuala Lumpur. Rumah teres FVL Development tidak terlalu besar, sesuai untuk suami isteri yang telah bersara.
