  Quiet but central

  Close to the city yet peaceful at night. Parking is convenient and facilities aren’t too crowded. Good balance for working professionals.

  Perfect for kids

  Three bedrooms fit our small family well. Kids love the playground and wading pool. Groceries and schools are nearby, so daily life is easy.

  Skyline everyday

  Great KL skyline views, even the Petronas Twin Towers on clear days. Spacious layout and easy access to Jalan Ampang. Gym and pool are well maintained. Feels secure and comfortable.
