  Practical and affordable

  Units are compact but make sense for small families. Dual-key option is clever, and the price point makes it more achievable compared to many other condos around KL.

  Convenient living

  The location is great. Walking distance to shops, shuttle to MRT, plus highways nearby. The co-working area is also a huge plus since I work from home often.

  Perfect first home

  I like how the units are well designed and fully furnished, makes it easy for first-time buyers like me. Price is reasonable and the smart home features are a bonus.
