Amenities & accessibility are good
Living here means we use the pool, gym and kids’ playground fairly often — it’s better than many budget builds around. The setting in Taman Equine has a slightly more relaxed suburban feel. But I’ve had small frustrations: a neighbour’s AC compressor was noisy for months, some lifts slow in peak hours, and parking can get crowded in evenings. If you’re buying here, check the management committee / JMB track record and inspect any shared facilities before committing. -

Functional for rental/investment
We bought a 3-bed, ~890 sq ft unit here as an investment. What got us in was the below-market PSF (~RM 500psf asking recently) and the catchment of students / staff from nearby universities in Seri Kembangan. That said: the smaller and lower floor units seem to rent slower and see more wear; we always pick higher floor, good view, and ensure finishing is decent. Also, service charge and maintenance of a large serviced block (744 units) can add up. -

Great location for what you pay
We moved into Galleria Equine Park in 2017. The location is really convenient — close to AEON Taman Equine, eateries, and major roads (LDP, MEX, SKVE) so commuting to the city or Putrajaya is manageable. The unit size (ours ~ 450 sq ft studio) suits us well and the price point was attractive. On the flip side, since it’s a serviced apartment and leasehold, you’ll find fewer of the high-end condo luxuries, and the building shows wear (lift delays, common-area paint) more than brand new developments. -

Quality construction
After just a couple of years into my career, I managed to get a hold of a 760 sqft apartment at Galleria Equine Park as it fit my budget and was also a very well-constructed building. The condo is spacious for myself, even now that I'm getting married this year. My fiancé loves the apartment and already has many friends in this building. We don’t know how to drive so it was essential to live close to public transport. There's a bus stop nearby so we take about 30 - 40 minutes max to get to our offices in Bukit Jalil. -

Very convenient location
We have been living at Galleria Equine Park since 2018. My daughter goes to the nearby Alice Smith International School. Since it's just a short distance away from home, I don’t have to spend too much time driving her. I work nearby too, just 10 minutes away from here so I don’t need public transport. If you don't drive, there’s the SJ208 Equine Park bus stop. It seems like the new MRT line will pass by the area too with the upcoming Taman Equine MRT station. -

Friendly place
We were one of the first few families to move in to Galleria Equine Park. I suppose since this is such a lovely condo, the people are friendlier. We even have a young dads basketball team that plays together every weekend (or at least we try to). My wife loves to take our son to the infinity pool where he’s learning to swim and she enjoys the view. She also loves the quality of furniture, especially the kitchen cabinet, hood and hob. -
