  High Demand Reflects Quality

  Gemala Residences sold out within two months, which I think says a lot about its popularity and value. I was lucky to secure a unit, and I think the high demand really reflects the quality of the project. It’s great to see so many people appreciating what the developers have done here.

  Crazy good demand

  Gemala Residences reported a 100% take-up rate within two months of its launch. I managed to see the show unit, it looks really good!

  Luxurious and Spacious Design

  I recently bought a unit at Gemala Residences, and I’m so pleased with my choice. The design of the homes is incredibly spacious and luxurious, exactly what I was looking for in a family home. It feels like a perfect blend of modern-ness and comfort. My family loves it!
