  As unit owners of this project does lexis pay taxes or has lexis declared to lhdn for the income generated yearly through bookings made by hotel on behalf of owners. Because I have been informed since this is leasehold any income comin in shud be declared to lhdn and what is the income tier frm leasing/bookings from this property is taxable ?
