  Halaman Kristal Under Value

  Under the current market situation, Halaman Kristal is still selling averagely below the $400/sft. There are few reason behind this. 1) The entrance to the condo is ok, but both side are full with car parking on the road side. It makes visitor especially to have difficulty to turn out. 2) The cheap outlook of the condo, especially there is no grand lobby like others condo. Let me explain why you should buy this condo now 1) A piece of land opposite the condo is being clearing out and it will be a goverment land which they will convert into a park and a parking space. 2) Even though you do not have the grand lobby, but the other facilities like swimming pool, the corridor for each floor is well maintained and clean. 3) The view is fantastic, especially the unit facing east, you have full view from gurney to the penang bridge. Even if the unit facing west, you have the greenery view. 4)Most renovated unit has been converted from 900sft to 1100sft. It gives you almost 2 master bedroom. You have to come to the unit itself to see it yourself to believe and you will agree with me,current selling price for Halaman Kristal is under value. For those investor, I can confidently say that this property price can goes up to 500k easily anytime, when ppl started to appreciate the above 1000sft condo which is lesser in in the market especially in Jelutong area. And, oh..this is located in Lengkok Free School,Free School area.
