Convenient spot
My husband and I moved here after looking around Seksyen 17 for a while. We wanted something central but not too noisy, and Happy mansion ticked most of the boxes. Getting around is not an issue, as highways are close by and there are buses nearby too. The food downstairs is genuinely one of the best parts of living here. Weekends feel like a treat. Neighbours are friendly and it has that older PJ charm. Schools are close, and there is a clinic not far when you need one. We are happy here. -

Homey feel
Been renting here for about a year and honestly it still surprises me. The unit is older but spacious. Mine has decent natural light and the layout works well for everyday living. It feels lived-in, which I actually prefer. Parking is easy enough and the neighbourhood itself is quiet. Good mix of long-time residents and younger tenants. Feels safe. Not glamorous, but genuinely comfortable. -

Spacious apartment in PJ
One thing I noticed about Happy Mansion is that people who like older PJ neighbourhoods will probably enjoy this place. It has that quieter residential feel even with all the cafes around downstairs. Units are quite big compared to newer apartments, which is becoming rare now. Also convenient for getting around because the main highways are nearby. I wouldn't expect luxury facilities here, but for space and location, it feels worth considering. -
