  Parents Visit Comfortably

  My parents stay with me occasionally, so I want them to feel comfortable when they visit. They like having plenty of places nearby where we can go for meals or shopping. Having these conveniences close by makes things easier when they stay with me. Their visits are always enjoyable.

  Children Stay Entertained

  As a parent, I appreciate having plenty happening around the neighbourhood. It gives us more choices when the children want to go somewhere during their free time. We can enjoy a change of scenery without planning the whole day around it. That makes things easier for me.

  Convenient For Commuting

  I travel regularly for work, so getting around easily matters to me. The location gives me practical access to the surrounding areas when I need to commute. It helps make my working week more manageable. This was an important consideration when I chose my unit.
