Idaman Seroja is a freehold apartment development project that is located in the district of Bayan Lepas in Penang. It is located on Lilitan Sungai Ara, Penang. Koperasi Tunas Muda Sungai Ara Berhad (KTMSAB) was first incorporated in the year of 1963 by several local leader supported by UMNO Sungai Ara and Malay Cooperative Officer, Encik Jaafar bin Haji Abdul Majid. The company was registered on 31 December 1966 under Company Law Cooperation 33/1948.
