  A Place To Gather

  The terraced house gives us enough room to have relatives over for meals and celebrations. When we have a larger group, the multi purpose hall gives us another place to organise activities. Children can also use the playground while the adults catch up. I find the mini mart convenient when we need extra snacks or basic items during a gathering. The covered car park helps when several family members arrive by car, especially during busy occasions. The 24 hours security is another feature that makes me feel comfortable when there are many visitors around. It has been a practical choice for the way our family likes to spend time together.

  Easy Daily Errands

  The mini mart has been particularly useful when we need basic items without making a separate trip to a larger shop. I also use the jogging track when I have some free time in the evening. The children usually spend some time at the playground after dinner. The covered car park is convenient when we return with shopping bags. For us, these small features make the neighbourhood feel practical.

  Morning Exercise Routine

  I currently own a house at Iris Garden 2 and enjoy starting my mornings with a walk or jog. The jogging track makes it easier for me to stay active without having to drive somewhere else. The mini mart is also convenient when I need something quickly after my morning exercise. Having 24 hours security gives me extra peace of mind.
