  Nicely designed affordable housing

  These J.Satine Residensi Wilayah units look quite high end and despite it being affordable housing. The three-bedroom units are suitable for families and the facilities provided are quite good as well. It's not too far from the city so it's good for people working in KL.

  Location is convenient

  The J.Satine Residensi Wilayah has a good location with a lot of amenities nearby. There is NSK and Giant, easy to buy groceries. Those eligible for this should consider getting a unit, it's a good investment for a first home.

  Design yang cantik dan banyak ruang aktiviti

  Fasiliti J.Satine Residensi Wilayah nampak macam best, banyak ruang untuk aktiviti penduduk. Fasiliti pun lengkap. Design building pun cantik dan unit ada tiga bilik. Dekat dengan supermarket lagi.
