Settled Ownership
I had been renting for some time before deciding to buy my own apartment. I wanted a place that would be easy to maintain while still giving me a few shared spaces to enjoy. The sky lounge has become useful when I want a change of setting without leaving the property. I also use the gymnasium room on mornings when I have enough time before work. The covered car park is convenient because I often drive out for errands. The playground is handy when relatives visit with their children. I appreciate having 24 hours security as part of the property setup. After settling in, I feel the apartment works well for my everyday needs. -

Working Professional
I spend most weekdays working, so I appreciate having the gymnasium room within the property. The sky lounge gives me a change of space when I want to sit somewhere other than my apartment. I also like having a covered car park because I do not have to worry about leaving my car outside. The security service gives me extra comfort when I return home late. -

Quiet Reading Spot
The sky lounge has become my favourite spot to sit and read after work. I also use the gymnasium room when I feel like exercising. The covered car park is convenient, especially during rainy days. -
