  Not too fancy, but everything you need is here. Swimming pool, gym, badminton hall and more without extra memberships. The price is realistic for middle-income families who want comfort without overspending.

  Walking distance to Setiawalk

  I chose Kenanga because it’s close to my workplace and within walking distance to Setiawalk. Parking is covered, and the mini-mart inside is really convenient. For a mid-range apartment, this ticks most boxes.

  A good choice for a family

  We moved in recently with our two kids and honestly, it’s been smooth. The playground is handy, schools are nearby, and I like that security feels solid. For the price, it gives peace of mind.
