  this place constantly upgrades itself

  Maintenance is a reasonable and the management is constantly upgrading the building which is a good sign.

  Comfortable Living

  Compared to the other condos nearby, Kiaravliie is spacious and clean. Good facilities and well-maintained.

  Good facilities and management, but cheap con

  Good 1: Facilities/ maintenance, Good 2: MO, Bad 1: Unstable water supply & leaking, Bad 2: Thin celling & floors/can hear a coin drop upstairs. Bad 3: Cheap materials (e.g. doors, flooring, etc.)

  Water/drainage often problem. Also, noisy due

  Water is always leaking here are there and sometimes even seeping behind the walls. The floors must be really thin as you can hear almost all sounds from above floors.

  Very noisy buildings

  Noisiest building I've ever lived in. Clearly built cheap. No sound insulation. Constantly hearing pounding from above you. You hear the walking, the kids running, everything. When we rented our apartment, it was holiday time and most neighbors were away. Was quiet then. Then they came back.
