  Can’t Imagine Living Elsewhere

  We booked a unit at KITA Mesra and plan to move in by 2026. The main reason was finding a landed home that’s practical for a growing family, without being too large or overwhelming to manage. The location near SKVE is a big plus, making travel and daily commutes easier. The overall layout and community planning feel well thought out, with a peaceful environment that still has future potential. It looks like a great place to settle down long-term.

  Good Choice for Long Term

  Me and my family like Kita Mesra because it’s simple, practical and feels safe. The location makes daily travel easier, and the area looks peaceful with more families moving in. House size is just nice. Feels like a good place to settle long term.

  We feel very comfortable

  Me and my sister are staying here for months now. Honestly, quite happy with the space. I booked the upstairs unit, so get a bit more privacy and no noise from above, which I like. Facilities are pretty good and neat especially the jogging track and garden area. Neighbourhood is still growing but feels safe. Plenty of families around, mostly young couples with kids. Everyone minds their own business but also helps out when needed. It’s peaceful, not too noisy even on weekends. Parking's okay, as long as visitors don’t park randomly. I’ve had a few issues during holidays but usually manageable. Security does come around often, so that helps.

  Kita Mesra Cun!

  Aku pun suka KITA Mesra! Suasana tenang dan friendly. Design rumah open plan buat-buat rasa luas. Facilities pun macam best untuk gathering dengan kawan2. Jauh pun tak jauh sgt dengan bandar, rasa okay cun!

  Memang worth it!

  Bro, aku baru pergi tengok KITA Mesra. Memang worth it! Rumah dia cantik dan luas, harga pun okay untuk first-time buyer. Community feel tu ada sebab banyak aktiviti boleh buat kat luar. Parking pun cukup, tak risau sangat kalau ramai orang datang.

  Kita Mesra best giler!

  Eh, KITA Mesra ni best lah! Rumah dia spacious gila, ada open concept. Sesuai untuk family yang nak spend time together. Facilities pun banyak, ada park untuk bawa kids main. Lokasi pun strategic, senang nak pergi Putrajaya dan Cyberjaya. Memang recommended!
