  Practical choice of investment

  I bought here for investment and so far rental demand is steady. Unit size is just right, not too small. Tenants like the clubhouse and security system.

  Plenty of facilities

  Living here feels like resort style. We enjoy karaoke with friends, kids love the playground, and weekends at the BBQ area are fun.

  Relaxing environment

  I like the koi ponds and gardens, very peaceful after work. The pool is big and never feels too crowded. A nice place to live without feeling like you’re in the middle of the city.

  Koi Prima Condo

  Surrounded by quite a lot of green area and kinda quiet . Suitable for those prefer quiet yet near to public amenities around puchong area .

  Koi Prima is a strange thing. It is accessible from the busiest highway (Elite) You can see it from the highway But yet, it is serene and peaceful From my unit, you can basically see greens
