  Very Convenient

  Very good place to stay 3km away got hot spring 200m away got family mart 400m away got 99 speed mart 1km away got MRT station / market / shopping centre, food court

  Good and quiet area.

  The neighbours also very friendly. Love the Block B, during new year or celebrations you can view many fireworks from Mahkota Cheras and it's kinda windy if you stay high floors, no need open aircond

  Mature Condominium in a Rural Setting

  The condo is fairly well-maintained and is quite clean despite being 10 years in age already. The condos are of average size and finishing. Lies in a quiet neighborhood with access to a nearby MRT
