  Great for young fams

  Perfect spot for raising kids. The playground is within the compound so we don’t have to drive out just to let them play. Schools nearby are convenient too. The area feels safe and neighbours are friendly. Worth the investment.

  A long term landed home

  Been staying here for years. The place is well maintained and security is consistent. Easy access via highway makes commuting manageable. Property value has held up well too.

  Peaceful community

  Chose Lavender Heights after retirement. It’s calm, secure and surrounded by greenery. Clinics and shops aren’t too far, which is important at our age. Feels like a relaxed community.
