  Bought as an investment property targeting Penang expats and quality-conscious tenants. The Southbay brand and sea proximity makes it easy to market and tenants tend to stay longer than average. Rental premium is real. Design Village and growing Batu Kawan commercial area means the convenience factor keeps improving year by year.

  A calming sea-adjacent retreat in the south

  My family chose Southbay Legenda because we wanted a peaceful home with nature around us. The sea proximity, greenery, and low-density feel make it genuinely calm. Kids love the pool area and there's a real sense of community among residents. The second Penang bridge makes getting around Penang easy. We've been here two years and have no intention of leaving.

  Southbay Legenda is everything I wanted — sea-adjacent living, resort-style facilities, and a quiet gated community. The units are spacious and the finishes are a step above typical condos. The sea breeze is real and the view from common areas is beautiful. Second Penang bridge access is seamless and Batu Kawan commercial amenities keep growing. Management keeps things pristine.
