  Old but well kept condo.

  Maintenance of the building and surrounding communal grounds are well serviced by the staff. 'Mature' basically describes the average age of the residents. Dogs are permitted. Post room is not too secure and management can be a bit tyrannical, always adding obstacles to make a simple task a chore!

  Other reason I like about Marina Bay

  You don't have to drive through the multi lever car park for you parking. This is quit rare in Penang. Your parking are usually located near your unit lobby. Million dollar view of gurney drive.
