  Untuk ibu bapa kami

  Kami belikan unit ni untuk mak ayah sebab nak mereka duduk tempat yang senang akses ke klinik dan hospital. Lif dan kawasan lobi luas, senang untuk warga emas. Setakat ni mereka suka, jiran pun baik-baik.

  Dekat MRT, senang pergi kerja

  Saya sewa di sini sebab kerja di bandar. Naik MRT pun senang, stesen tak jauh. Unit studio cukup untuk saya seorang, dan ada kolam renang kalau nak tenangkan kepala lepas kerja. Overall puas hati.

  Suasana selesa

  Saya dah duduk di Maxim Residences hampir 5 tahun. Rumahnya selesa dan tak terlalu sempit untuk keluarga kecil. Dekat dengan MRT dan hospital, memang senang kalau nak ke mana-mana. Suasana pun tenang, tak bising sangat waktu malam.

  Amazing connectivity

  I rent a place at Maxim Residences behind Cheras Sentral. The location just worked for me. A bunch of highways connect to Maxim - MRR2, Maju Expressway, Federal, Kesas, Cheras Kajang Highway, all useful for me since I drive a lot and business takes me all across the city. There are restaurants, banks, hospitals and entertainment centres all at a short distance from here too. As for my apartment, it’s a new project so the construction quality is nice and the condo’s maintenance is good.
