Advantage: Great Place to stay ! 1). LOCATION ! - walking distance to Time Square, GAMA, KOMTAR, wet MARKETS, FOOD stall/ Restaurant, Stadium, SCHOOLS, FOOD stalls/ Restaurants, FITNESS CENTER, the PADANG, CLINICS and many more. 2). Security gated,! , Covered car park, good neighbourhood 3). Transport - closeby BUS stop, Petrol Station, Dato Keramat main road Low density, RESIDENTIAL, FREEHOLD ! Not so nice: Roadside parking by others at night but common anywhere in Penang anyway -
