Menara MIDF

Menara MIDF is a freehold office tower located along Jalan Tengah in KL City, Kuala Lumpur. The project was successfully completed in 1970 by PNB Development, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Permodalan Nasional Berhad. The business conglomerate holds a major influence within Malaysia, with a track record of highly successful residential townships and commercial projects throughout the country.

Menara MIDF is a 21-storey building with a net lettable area of 140,000 sqft. The building is currently fully tenanted by its owners, the Malaysian Industrial Development Finance Bhd (MIDF).

Menara MIDF is located at the centre of KL City, surrounded by a range of amenities and services. Educational institutions located nearby include PJ College of Art & Design, Sheffield College, and Ausffield Academy. A wide variety of restaurants and cafes are available for people to explore, such as Tamarind Hill, Arthur’s Bar and Grill, and Beach Club Cafe. The tower lies just a short drive away from the famed Suria KLCC and Bukit Bintang shopping district, hosting an endless list of retail outlets and attractions. Menara MIDF offers two levels of basement parking, with over 200 parking bays. The building is equipped with 10 passenger lifts. Retail outlets, restaurants and eateries are available within the building, as well as a gym. The building features 24-hour security with CCTV surveillance and a turnstile access system in the lobby.

Completed in 1970, this 40-year old building is currently fully tenanted and has no available units for sale or lease. Recent news reports that PNB Development has placed the project up for sale, due to its upcoming relocation to a new base of headquarters.

Menara MIDF is located within a prime commercial and financial district. Examples of nearby projects include Wisma Goldhill, Plaza See Hoy Chan, and Menara Dion. These corporate offices are interspersed with major banks, hotels, and shopping centres.
