  Bought a commercial unit at SuezCap for investment. The location in the KL southern belt — between Mid Valley, Old Klang Road, and Kuchai Lama — means perpetual commercial demand. The building is growing its tenant mix and becoming more vibrant over time. Rental has been steady and I see long-term potential as the surrounding area continues to develop.

  Affordable commercial space in a strategic KL

  SuezCap gave us an affordable commercial address in a location that bridges KL city and PJ. The units are flexible and the building has a modern, professional look. Parking is adequate and the highway access makes daily operations smooth. As an SME, finding quality commercial space at reasonable rates in this location was a real win. The area is growing steadily and I expect the address to only improve.

  Growing commercial hub in the Kuchai Lama bel

  SuezCap is emerging as a solid commercial address in the Kuchai Lama and OUG area. The location between KL city, Mid Valley, and Puchong makes it very accessible. We've been operating from here for about a year and the building is well-managed. The commercial ecosystem within SuezCap is growing — more F&B and service tenants are moving in. Good highway connectivity makes it practical for businesses with clients across KL.
