  Urban Living

  I currently own a unit at Meritus and the residence suits my lifestyle quite well. The environment feels calm enough for relaxation while still having active facilities like the gym and basketball court. I enjoy inviting friends over because the shared spaces create a comfortable atmosphere for gatherings. The swimming pool area especially feels refreshing after long workdays in the city. Maintenance around the common areas has been fairly decent since I moved in. Looking back now, choosing this service residence was definitely a good decision for me.

  Currently staying here as a working professional and the experience has been comfortable so far. The covered parking and security make daily living feel more convenient and safe. I also enjoy spending quiet evenings at the sauna after long workdays.

  Friendly Atmosphere

  Bought a unit here with my cousin and we quickly adjusted to the environment. Residents around the property seem friendly and the atmosphere feels calm most of the time. The basketball court is also a fun place to spend weekends with friends.
