  Holding Family Asset

  I purchased my unit at Mesra Apartment because I wanted to keep a property that could stay within the family for the future. The covered car park is useful whenever I visit the unit myself. I also like having 24 hours security as it gives me more confidence about leaving the property when I am away. The swimming pool is a nice shared facility that family members can use when they stay over. The wading pool is particularly handy when younger relatives come along. I see the unit as something that can be used by different members of the family over time. For me, that makes the purchase feel worthwhile beyond just its current use.

  Simple Rental Home

  I decided to own a unit here because I wanted an apartment that could work well as a rental property. The swimming pool is a useful facility that can appeal to tenants who enjoy having some leisure space at home. The covered car park is another practical feature, especially for people who drive regularly. I also think 24 hours security adds some comfort for residents.

  Kids Water Fun

  I chose Mesra Apartment because I wanted my children to have somewhere fun to spend their free time. They enjoy the wading pool because it is more suitable for them than a deeper pool. I sometimes use the main swimming pool while they play nearby. It has made weekends at home more enjoyable for us.
