  Scenic View Balcony

  My unit has a balcony with lovely views over the city. It’s peaceful to sit outside in the evenings. I enjoy coffee there in the mornings too. The view makes this apartment feel very special.

  Safe Play Corner

  The children’s playground is safe and kept in good condition. My kids love spending time there with other children in the building. It gives me peace of mind while they play. The area is open and safe for all ages.

  Social Gathering Area

  The lounge is a good place to meet other residents. It's well-designed and beautifully maintained. I often spend afternoons there catching up with friends from the building or reading a book. It is a nice place to spend time whenever you like.

  I like the apartment in this Mewah View L.A with full facilities , anyway I have to wait until My unit in Singapore been sell , maybe in few month time , would it be few unit left ?
