Molek Pines is one of the best condominium projects in Johor . facilities are well maintained premise s are clean secure and security is high level. It suits a Singapore commuter being 15 minutes from Woodlands via the new EDL Neighbouring T3 and T4 are in final phase and will add further to the Kudos. Really suits retirees families with children 2 international schools are close by with private school buses providing daily drop off and collection . This is alkll enhanced by an on site cafe and convenience store and even a laundry.
